We do not recommend re-running a capsule if you don't receive a result. You should dispose of the capsule and run a new test with a new capsule.
We understand it can be frustrating when you don’t receive a result when you need one. However, re-running is most likely to yield a subsequent incomplete result after several more minutes of waiting.
Make sure you're paired to the Nima app so we are aware there was an error and can use that information to make continual improvements. Once we notice several occurrences, we will reach out to troubleshoot and provide a credit.
