If you have a Nima capsule subscription, you can manage your account online by going to www.nimasensor.com and clicking "Manage Account" in the upper right corner. At this time, your online account is not connected to your Nima app account. This means that if you have never logged in to your online account, you might logically try logging in with your app account credentials. However, doing so will likely results in an error.
Your online account is connected to whatever email was used when you placed your original Nima order. That may or may not be the same email you used when you first downloaded and installed the Nima app. If you login to the Nima app using Facebook, the probability that your account email is the same might be even less likely.
If you are unable to login to your online account, please try clicking "forgot my password." You will need to enter whatever email was originally used to purchase and that email will be sent a link to set a new password. You can absolutely choose the same password you use for your Nima app.
If you attempt "forgot my password" and you see messaging indicating that your account does not exist, then Nima has a different email address on file for you. Please try using another email address. If you continue to run into issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm what email is being used on your account or if you want to change your email.
