If Nima is unable to give you a conclusive result, you will see "! No Test Result" and "Check Manual & Use New Capsule” displayed on the screen. Nima may have difficulty providing a result because of the sample size, food type, chemistry or a mechanical issue.
Here are some tips to ensure you receive a test result:
-Ensure you use a pea-sized sample and don’t overfill the capsules

-Fully close the capsule and align the lid

Even when all instructions are properly followed, occasionally a test may not conclude with a result. You can review the Nima manual, found here, for more information around the device and the testing process.
