The Nima team has done extensive testing on packaged foods and continues to do ongoing testing of various items. Most test results are shared on our blog as well as through our weekly emails to our followers.
We have found that consumer tests are broken down to be 38% packaged foods and 62% restaurant foods with 20% of the packaged foods coming back as gluten-found results.
