To cancel any subscription order prior to shipping, please login to your account and cancel. If you need assistance, please email our support team who can complete your refund.
Once subscription orders have shipped, we will be unable to make changes or to refund for any unwanted capsules. Subscribers receive a reminder email 3 days prior to shipping. Please make sure to update your preferences at that time.
To cancel your subscription altogether follow the steps below:
Login to your online subscription account. Once logged in, click “Manage Subscriptions”.
Click “Cancel," located in the subscription box.
Please fill out why you want to cancel your subscription.
