Nima is available to be shipped anywhere in the United States or Canada. We're still researching plans for broader international availability beyond those locations. We get many requests for the UK, Australia, Latin America and beyond. While we are excited at the idea of shipping to all locations, these are not available at this time and we do not have an expected date of availability to share.
Our returns and warranty programs are also only applicable to U.S. and Canadian addresses. If you have freight forwarded a Nima order to an international address and need to return or replace the device, Nima can only cover shipping if the item is being returned or exchanged from a U.S. address. International device owners will be responsible for covering the return and/or replacement shipping costs. Canadian customers will be responsible for return shipping in the event of an exchange.
Many of our customers have shipped internationally by working with freight forwarding carriers, which provide a U.S. address and then proceeds to ship the items overseas.
Customers have found success with two different freight forwarding companies, with several locations across the world. Our west coast folks use OIA Global and our east coast folks use BGI Worldwide Logistics, Inc.
